2 Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, message and consent choices when you fill out a contact or consultation form, call, text or email us. Information collected automatically: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and similar usage data collected through cookies by Google Analytics and by the call and text widget on this site.
3 How we use your information
To reply to your inquiry and provide the real estate services you ask for; to send you listings, market information and updates you requested; with your consent, to contact you by phone, text message or email about our services; to improve this website; and to meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to real estate professionals in Alberta, such as record keeping and client identity verification.
4 Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
5 Listing alerts
If you sign up for listing alerts, we store your email address, optional first name, your search (area, price, bedrooms, home type), the date, time and IP address of your consent, and confirm your subscription by email before sending anything. You receive at most one email a day, only when new matching MLS® listings appear. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link; after you unsubscribe we stop sending immediately.
6 Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with our brokerage, with service providers that help us run this website and our communications (such as hosting, email, analytics, advertising measurement and the call/text widget) under confidentiality obligations, with professionals such as a mortgage broker or lawyer when you ask us to, and when required by law. If you write to us on WhatsApp or Telegram, those services handle your messages under their own privacy policies.
7 Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for two things: Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads conversion measurement, to learn which of our ads lead to an inquiry (for example, a form sent or a tap on the phone or WhatsApp button). On your first visit a banner lets you accept or decline them. Where the law requires consent first (for example, in Quebec and the European Union), they stay off until you click Accept. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, or block and delete cookies in your browser; the site will still work. Google handles this data under its own privacy policy.
